1 arrested after domestic incident reported
Albert Lea police arrested Justin Lee Roberts, 27, after a female said her arm was injured at 1:21 a.m. Saturday at 1318 E. Main St.
1 arrested for DWI
Police arrested Andrew James Harte, 27, for third-degree driving while intoxicated and second-degree test refusal during a traffic stop at 1:25 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of West Main Street and South Washington Avenue.
Thefts, damage reported
A theft of checks was reported at 6:15 a.m. Friday at 901 Janson St.
A car was reported broken into at 4:08 p.m. Friday at 515 Green Ave. A black The North Face jacket, three pairs of Nike shoes, a green long-sleeve, Dri Fit workout shirt and $25 in cash, were taken.
A counterfeit $20 bill was reported at 9:16 p.m. Friday at Taco John’s, 2225 E. Main St.
A report of vehicles having been gone through was filed at 9:31 a.m. Saturday at 229 S. Fifth Ave. A wallet and other items were missing.
A report of someone taking both plates off a vehicle was filed at 11:20 a.m. Saturday at 201 N. Fifth Ave.
A catalytic converter valued at approximately $70 was reported stolen from a 2000 Dodge van at 11:54 a.m. Saturday at 810 Happy Trails Lane.
Damage to the hood of a car was reported at 5:39 p.m. Saturday at 132 Bridge Ave.
Sixty dollars in cash, a Social Security card and driver’s license were reported taken from an unlocked Mercury Mountaineer at 2:37 a.m. Sunday at 338 E. Third St.
A report of someone breaking into a vehicle and stealing a MIchael Kors purse and other items was filed at 9:40 a.m. Sunday at 340 E. Third St.
A report of someone coming into a house and taking items was filed at 12:38 p.m. Sunday at 1801 Bellview Lane.
A report of items being removed from a vehicle was filed at 1:43 p.m. Sunday at 1215 St. Joseph Avenue. CD cases were taken from the vehicle along with 35 CDs.
Inmate damage to property was reported at 6:53 p.m. Friday at Freeborn County jail, 411 S. Broadway Ave.
A report of a semi driving through someone’s yard was filed at 8:47 p.m. Sunday at 21345 816th Ave. in the Hayward area
1 cited for tobacco violation
Albert Lea police cited one person after a tobacco violation was reported at 12:53 p.m. Friday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.
2 arrested on warrants
Police arrested Nathan Lloyd Rehbein, 30, on an Anoka County warrant after a request for his arrest on a warrant from a Department of Corrections employee was made at 4:11 p.m. Friday at 408 S. Broadway Ave.
Police arrested Tyler Anthony Hall, 34, on a local warrant after a domestic incident was reported at 12:58 a.m. Monday at 1006 Fountain St.
