Thefts reported

A truck garage was reported broken into at 8:07 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. First Ave. A Garmin GPS and a Motorola two-way radio with an estimated value of $700 were taken. No forced entry was reported.

A report of someone receiving a fraudulent letter stating she had won the lottery was filed at 1:57 p.m. Tuesday at 2129 Harmony Ave.

2 cited for violations

Albert Lea police cited Dustin Daniel Holicky for misdemeanor theft after a report of a $40 pair of jeans being stolen was filed at 4:56 p.m. Tuesday at 123 N. Broadway Ave.

Police cited a juvenile for marijuana possession after drug violations were reported at Albert Lea High School.

 

1 arrested on warrant

Police arrested David Thomas Neely on a Blue Earth County warrant at 11:56 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of South Washington Avenue and West William Street.
