Sweet Reads of Austin and The Interchange Coffee and Wine Bistro of Albert Lea will host the first Southern Minnesota Author Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Oct. 20.

According to a press release, a dozen authors will speak and share their books with the public during the event.

Book genres include historical fiction, murder mysteries, children’s picture books, young adult and romance, among others.
