Letter: Gjersvik aims to help middle class families

Dear reader,

I have worked with and been friend of Terry Gjersvik for several decades. He is a leader, has taught at-risk students, helped agricultural businesses with computer software and farms near Manchester.  His family came to Freeborn County after leaving Norway and has been here ever since. Terry grew up in Albert Lea and attended Albert Lea High School, where he was president of his senior class. He interned at the Minnesota House of Representatives during his college days and knew that someday he would like to represent the people of District 27A. Our district is fortunate to have a well-rounded, ethical and compassionate person running for our House seat. He is very concerned about how students and families have changed in the past 15 years.  His goal is to help middle class families receive improved opportunities for jobs, housing and day care. Vote Terry Gjersvik for 27A.
