Sarah Steuven, I do not know you and I rarely read the Albert Lea Tribune (although I delivered it when I was a child). I grew up in the Albert Lea area and currently live in the Minneapolis area. I have “unfriended” Albert Lea social media sites because of the negativity. In this world, I try desperately to stay away from that. This is an amazing letter. I recently visited family in Albert Lea and enjoyed the shops in the downtown area very much. This is the kind of “news” that will remind folks what small town America is supposed to be. Nice job!
