Kelly Callahan has the experience, education, knowledge and dependability to continue serving as the Freeborn County recorder. Kelly has been very helpful to me when I have had questions or needed assistance for information at the Freeborn County Recorder’s Office. The staff at the recorder’s office are very experienced, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Kelly is a leader in the Southeast Minnesota Property Records Education Partners Chapter and is well-respected for his knowledge by this group. Real estate records are very technical and complicated. Freeborn County will be well-served to have Kelly Callahan to continue to be our Freeborn County recorder.
