Damage, theft reported

Vehicle windows were reported busted and a wallet taken at 7:36 p.m. Wednesday at 2510 Bridge Ave. Two reports alleging windows being broken out of a vehicle were filed at 7:42 p.m. Wednesday at the same address.

Albert Lea police arrested Sylvia Pearl Cramer, 32, on a Faribault County warrant at 12:07 a.m. Thursday at 133 W. William St.
