A California man was injured Thursday in a rollover crash in snow and icy conditions on Interstate 35 south of the Glenville exit.

John Frederick Kalapos, 23, of Rancho Cucamonga, California, was taken by Gold Cross Ambulance to Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea with at least one injury deemed not life-threatening.

Kalapos was driving a 2003 Toyota pickup north on I-35 when he lost control of the truck, causing it to go into the ditch and roll before 11 p.m., according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Kalapos was wearing his seat belt, and alcohol was not a factor in the crash, the report states.
