Attempted car break-in reported
Police received a report of an attempted car break-in at 10:03 p.m. Tuesday at 130 W. College St. Approximately $200 in damage was reported.
Juveniles cited for tobacco
Two juveniles were cited for possession of tobacco at 10:41 a.m. Tuesday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.
Credit card fraud reported
Albert Lea police received a report at 10:51 a.m. Tuesday that someone in Portugal had fraudulently used an Albert Lean’s Cabela’s credit card number in October for more than $1,000.
1 cited for drug paraphernalia
Police cited Brenden David Willaby for possession of drug paraphernalia after police received a report of a suspicious person at 9:41 p.m. Tuesday.
