1 arrested on warrant

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Shelley Lynn Gunneson, 33, on a Brown County warrant after a suspicious person or vehicle was reported at 8:13 p.m. Wednesday at 27168 695th Ave. in the Hartland area.

 

Corn stolen

A load of corn was reported stolen from a bin site at 8:22 a.m. Wednesday at 83393 Freeborn County Road 46 in the Hayward area.

 

Abuse reported

A sex crime with a child victim was reported at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in Freeborn County.

A child abuse/neglect report was filed at 2:33 p.m. Wednesday in Freeborn County.

 

Threatening behavior reported

A report of a man threatening to “shoot up the town of Albert Lea,”  because he lost his house and job after not getting his driver’s license soon enough was filed at 3:29 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway Ave. No arrests were reported.

A report of a parent making a threatening comment about The Children’s Center on Facebook was filed at 9:21 a.m. Wednesday at 605 James Ave.
