Jack Frost’s Closet will now accept clean, gently ed coats, hats, mittens, scarves and boots of all sizes at a number of collection sites in the area. The winter clothing items will then be distributed later this month at Northbridge Mall, according to a press release.

Collection box sites in Albert Lea include Albert Lea City Arena, Albert Lea Convention and Visitors Bureau, Albert Lea American Legion, Assemblies of God Church, First Lutheran Church, Hardee’s, Northbridge Mall, Walmart and Albert Lea Family Y.

Collection box sites in surrounding communities include Main Street Hair in Glenville, Hartland University in Hartland, Redeemer Lutheran Church in Alden, Victory Lutheran Church in Geneva and 3 in 1 Bar & Restaurant in Hollandale.

Distribution dates and times include 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Nov. 17, 5 to 9 p.m. Nov. 20, 5 to 9 p.m. Nov. 27 and 1 to 4 p.m. Dec. 2.
