South Central Minnesota Youth for Christ will host a fundraising banquet at noon and 7:15 p.m. Thursday at Wedgewood Cove. A light lunch will be served at noon and dessert will be served in the evening, according to a press release. Walk-ins are welcome, but reservations are preferred.
