Albert Lea police cited a 17 year old for possessing a small amount of the marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession after drug violations were reported at 12:09 p.m. Thursday at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.

Police cited Shyane Marie Mensing, 32, for theft of services after a report of someone owing a taxi driver $33 was reported at 7:01 p.m. Thursday in Albert Lea.

A cellphone was reported taken from a desk at 10:26 a.m. Thursday at Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea, 404 Fountain St.

A counterfeit $100 bill was reported at 11:36 a.m. Thursday at Citizens Community Federal Bank, 2630 Bridge Ave.
