Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Marissa Renee Garcia, 23, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at 10 p.m. Friday at the intersection of East Clark Street and Elizabeth Avenue.

Albert Lea police arrested Cassandra Ann Vander Woude, 40, for fourth-degree DWI during a traffic stop at 10:37 p.m. Friday at the intersection of West Clark Street and Morin Lane.

Criminal damage to property, theft reported

A sprinkler head was reported broken at 7:11 p.m. Friday at the Freeborn County jail, 411 S. Broadway Ave.

An electric car charger was reported damaged at 12:49 p.m. Friday at 2200 Riverland Drive. Estimated damage is $300.

A theft report was filed at 1:39 a.m. Sunday at Comfort Inn, 810 Happy Trails Lane. The theft was valued at approximately $200.

A garage door window and vehicle window were reported broken at 12:05 p.m. Sunday at 821 Minnesota Ave.

Tools and a wallet were reported missing at 8:47 p.m. Sunday at 1428 Academy Ave.

3 arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Amanda Lee Westcott, 25, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 4:32 p.m. Saturday at 1103 Amelia Ave.

Police arrested Shanna Janee Diaz Andresen, 37, for misdemeanor domestic assault and fifth-degree assault after a domestic incident was reported at 1:38 a.m. Sunday at 1918 Grand Ave.

Police arrested Soe Hsa, 26, for domestic assault after an unknown emergency was reported at 10 p.m. Sunday at 816 W. Clark St.

Police arrested Nicole Marie Wagner, 33, for driving after revocation and on warrants at 9:14 p.m. Saturday at 527 Pleasant Ave.

1 cited for drug paraphernalia

Police cited Joshua Ames Heilman, 43, for drug paraphernalia possession during a traffic stop at 5:47 p.m. Friday at the intersection of West Main Street and Wedgewood Road.
