Thefts reported

A credit card was reported fraudulently used at 6:01 p.m. Monday at 527 Pleasant Ave.

A theft was reported at 9:39 p.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave. The incident allegedly occurred Sunday night.

A male allegedly took jeans and a fleece shirt at 9:56 p.m. Monday at Shopko, 2610 Bridge Ave.

 

3 arrested after domestic incidents

Albert Lea police arrested Johnny Paul Delossantos after a trespassing complaint was filed at 10:43 a.m. Monday at 807 S. Newton Ave. A domestic incident allegedly occurred at the address Sunday night.

Police arrested Amy Sue Snow, 44, for domestic assault after a domestic incident was reported at 1:05 p.m. Monday at 905 Ulstad Ave. Snow was brought to the emergency room. Snow was again arrested at 7:52 p.m. Monday at the same address for domestic assault.

Police arrested Moss Kadaffi Jealousy, 32, on a Mower County probable cause arrest for domestic assault by strangulation at 2:35 p.m. Monday at 2410 Y.H. Hanson Ave. 

 

Child abuse/neglect reported

A Department of Human Services report of bruises on a child’s back was filed at 12:46 p.m. Monday in Albert Lea.

 

Sexual assault reported

A sexual assault was reported at 8:05 p.m. Monday in Albert Lea.
