The Albert Lea Transfer Station and Demolition Landfill will have permits available for purchase for use of the city compost site for 2019. The 2019 compost permit is yellow. The permits allow owners unlimited use of the site for the calendar year and will be available at the Transfer Station and Albert Lea City Hall.

Permits must be visibly placed on vehicle windshields when using the site.
