Light snow followed by chilly temperatures likely this weekend

Winter weather is expected to move into the area Friday, bringing with it light snow followed by below-zero wind chills.
According to the National Weather Service, Albert Lea could receive 2 to 3 inches of snow, with up to 4 to 6 inches of snow expected in southwestern Minnesota.
The snow could impact travel along the Interstate 90 corridor.
Cold temperatures will follow Saturday and Sunday.
The Weather Service states wind chills could reach 7 degrees below zero on Saturday and as low as 18 below zero Sunday morning.
