Albert Lea Community Theatre will continue its 54th season with the Agatha Christie murder mystery play “The Mousetrap” Feb. 14-23 at Marion Ross Performing Arts Center, according to a press release.
A group of strangers is stranded in a boarding house during a snowstorm, one of whom is a murderer. A full slate of suspects is present, and into their midst comes a policeman traveling on skis. To get to the rationale of the killer’s pattern, the policeman probes the background of everyone present and rattles a lot of skeletons.
Cast members are Grace Chalmers, Caleb Ryerson, Kyle Nelson, Kristan Dye, Jason Howland, Raquel Hellman, Jon Cochran and Michael Lilienthal.
“The Mousetrap,” directed by Brian Mattson, will be performed at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 14-17 and Feb. 20-23 at Marion Ross Performing Arts Center in downtown Albert Lea. There will also be a 2 p.m. matinee Feb. 17.
