Another round of snow moves in

Albert Lea is under a winter weather advisory as another round of snow is moving into the area Tuesday afternoon.
Bands of heavier snowfall, with rates as high as one inch per hour, will occur in portions of south central Minnesota and in parts of west central Wisconsin this afternoon and early evening, according to the National Weather Service.
Snowfall totals of 3 to 4 inches are likely for Albert Lea, the Weather agency states.
According to the Weather Service, people should plan on slippery road conditions during the evening commute.
A second round of snow is expected to arrive Wednesday night and last through Thursday.
During that timeframe, Albert Lea is forecast to receive 2 to 3 inches of snow.
Dangerous wind chills are expected to move into the area Thursday night and Friday morning. Wind chills of minus 30 to 45 degrees are possible.
