Fern Stockdale, 92, of Albert Lea died Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2019. There will be a celebration of Fern’s life at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bayview/Freeborn Funeral Home. Online condolences are welcome at www.bayviewfuneral.com.

Fern is survived by her sons Dennis Duenow and Don (Bobbi) Duenow; daughter, Denise (Ron) Thurnau; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Melvin (Mayme) Smith; sister, Ardith Moore; and many nieces, nephews and special friends.

Fern was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Stockdale; sisters Violet Buchanan, Melva Moore, Shirley Smally, Mary Lake and Francis Hansen; and grandson, Cory Harrison.
