1 arrested for drunken driving

Albert Lea police arrested Kyle Mark Hueper, 32, for third-degree driving while intoxicated during a traffic stop at 1:49 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Crystal Drive and East Richway Drive. Hueper’s blood alcohol content was listed at .09.

3 arrested, cited for multiple charges

Police arrested Nathan Andrew Johnson, 23, for driving after revocation with failure to appears, small amount of marijuana possession and allowing an open bottle during a traffic stop at 6:38 p.m. Thursday at 606 S. Broadway. At the scene, police cited Marlen Idalia Figueroa, 20, for underage consumption.

Police arrested Brennan Christopher Millhouse for fifth-degree controlled substance possession and using a police radio during the commission of a crime during a traffic stop at 2:17 a.m. Thursday at the intersection  of East Main Street and Wilson Street.
