1 cited for drug paraphernalia possession

Minnesota State Patrol troopers cited a juvenile for possessing drug paraphernalia after a report of a 12-year-old boy smoking marijuana in a silver van was filed at 3:49 p.m. Tuesday on Interstate 90 near the Oakland exit.

A bike was reported stolen out of an attached garage at 7:01 p.m. Tuesday at 73485 224th St.

 

1 arrested for drunk driving

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Andrew Kenneth Lawson, 35, for second-degree driving while intoxicated test refusal, failure to signal and being over the center line during a traffic stop at 2:03 a.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Charlotte Avenue and Southeast Marshall Street.
