BLAKELEY TOWNSHIP — Authorities said the two people killed in a snowmobile crash in Scott County were from Le Sueur.

Sheriff’s officials said 42-year-old Jeremy Pumper was driving the snowmobile that crashed into a utility pole late Sunday afternoon in Blakeley Township. Thirty-three-year-old Crystal Jo Olson was a passenger. Pumper died at the scene of the crash. Olson was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.

Both were wearing helmets.
