5 arrested for drugs, warrants

Albert Lea police arrested Sean Donte Doss for third-degree methamphetamine possession and a Department of Corrections warrant during a traffic stop at 11:57 p.m. Friday at the intersection of Elizabeth Avenue and East Main Street.

Police arrested Alexandria Monique Jones-Orr for fifth-degree drug possession, driving after revocation, having no proof of insurance and providing a false name during a traffic stop at 1:28 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of St. Mary Avenue and Water Street.

Police arrested Holly Marie Nelson on a local warrant at 10:45 p.m. Friday at 909 Janson St.

Police arrested Casey Jo Eggum on a local warrant at 11:49 p.m. Friday at 2329 Margaretha Ave.

Police arrested Kenneth Alan Holmseth on warrants and gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation during a traffic stop at 4:35 a.m. Monday at the intersection of Elizabeth Avenue and East William Street.

 

5 arrested for drunk driving

Police arrested Johnny Ray Prado for driving while intoxicated after a female reportedly assaulted a bartender at 3:11 a.m. Sunday at The Nasty Habit, 134 W. William St. At the scene, police cited Elizabeth Aurora Schmid for fifth-degree assault.

Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Tracy Alan Haines, 56, for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop at 5:25 p.m. Friday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 65 and 770th Avenue.

Deputies arrested Mariah Kae Hertges, 22, for fourth-degree DWI, having a .08 blood alcohol content within two hours and failure to signal during a traffic stop at 1:32 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of South First Avenue and West Clark Street. Hertges’ blood alcohol content was listed at .11.

Deputies arrested Aaron James Williamson for third-degree DWI, having a .08 blood alcohol content or more within two hours and being over the center line during a traffic stop at 12:26 a.m. Saturday at the intersection of 810th Avenue and 310th Street in the Ellendale area. Williamson’s blood alcohol content was listed at .10.

Police arrested Laura Rose Halvorsen for DWI after a report that a car was all over the road was filed at 2:31 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Freeborn County Road 17 and U.S. Highway 69.

 

2 cited for disorderly conduct

Police cited Randi Lynn Matthies and Kristofer Jon Ellsworth for disorderly conduct at 7:23 p.m. Sunday at Harold’s Bar, 1318 E. Main St.

 

Child in need of protection reported

A child in need of protection was reported at 10:31 a.m. Saturday at 404 Fountain St.

 

Heating vent fire reported

A heating vent on top of a building was reported on fire at 10 p.m. Saturday at Zumbro River Brand, 1215 Hershey St.
