Man arrested for drunk driving

Police arrested Carlos Alberto Lopez-Chavez, 24, for driving while impaired and no Minnesota driver’s license after police received a report of a man in a white Chevrolet Suburban who had been sitting in the area off Jefferson Avenue fro at least 20 minutes. He reportedly left the area and was arrested on the 1500 block of South Broadway.

 

Burglary, thefts reported

A phone was reported stolen at 1:43 p.m. Friday while its owner fell asleep in the lobby at City Hall, 221 E. Clark St.

Soda and a phone were reported taken at 4:29 p.m. Friday from a vehicle at 619 St. Peter Ave.

A burglary was reported at 11:43 p.m. Saturday at 700 S. U.S. Highway 69.

Two juvenile females reportedly stole a live chick at 12:51 p.m. Sunday at 1721 W. Main St. Loss was between $3.13 and $3.99.

 

4 arrested on warrants

Dilen Duke Rippentrop, 34, reportedly turned himself in on two local warrants at 4:49 a.m. Thursday at 411 S. Broadway.

Police arrested David Anthony Roe, 30, on two local warrants at 2:21 p.m. Saturday at 323 E. Clark St. He was reportedly held on felony possession of ammunition.

Police arrested Malori Marie Nesse, 27, on a local warrant at 10:43 p.m. Saturday at 807 E. Ninth St.

Dylan James Allen, 26, reportedly turned himself in on a local warrant at 4:02 a.m. Monday at 411 S. Broadway.

 

Vehicle tampered with

A vehicle was reported tampered with at 3:57 p.m. Friday at 609 St. Peter Ave.

 

2 arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Justin Matthew Dudley, 24, for misdemeanor domestic assault at 7:41 p.m. Friday at 1337 Margaretha Ave.

Police arrested Gaylen Robert Wachlin, 43, for domestic assault at 1:56 a.m. Sunday at 224 S. Second Ave.

 

Mattress illegally dumped in alley

A mattress was reported illegally dumped at 8:08 a.m. Saturday in an alley behind Lincoln Avenue.

 

Suspicious juveniles reported

Three juveniles were reportedly recorded on tape taking items from a yard at 1313 Todd Ave. and putting them in the neighbors yard. Other items were reportedly placed in the person’s yard.
