Cars vandalized
Three tires were reported slashed on a vehicle at 5:25 a.m. Saturday at 522 W. Main St.
A windshield was reported smashed out of a Chevy 1500 at 4:10 a.m. Sunday at 517 Adams Ave.
Two tires were reported slashed on a vehicle at 9:53 a.m. Sunday at 1401 Garfield Ave. Damage was estimated at $500.
A car was reported egged at 3:21 p.m. Friday 1311 Margaretha Ave.
4 arrested on warrants
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Joel Rodriguez on a local warrant at 9:55 a.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway.
Joshua Dean Lee was arrested on a local warrant at 1:31 a.m. Saturday at 209 E. Main St.
Police arrested Jocelyn Leslie Pater, 22, on a warrant at 6:58 p.m. Friday at 411 S. Broadway.
Amber Nicole Armstrong, 27, turned herself in on a local warrant at 9:37 a.m. Saturday at 411 S. Broadway.
Forged checks reported
Checks stolen in Iowa were reported forged in Albert Lea at 12:06 p.m. Friday at 226 E. Clark St.
1 arrested for meth possession
Police arrested Geronimo Deluna Jr., 43, for fifth-degree methamphetamine possession after a traffic stop at 1:15 a.m. Sunday on Interstate 35 near mile marker 24. Peter Jay Engen, 40, was arrested for driving after revocation.
Juveniles cited
A juvenile was cited for possession of tobacco at 8:14 p.m. Sunday at 240 Euclid St. in Alden.
A juvenile was cited for possession of a vape pen at 12:03 p.m. at Albert Lea High School, 2000 Tiger Lane.
Break-ins, thefts reported
A theft was reported at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
An attempted house break-in was reported at 3:17 p.m. Friday at 212 N. First Ave. Damage was estimated at $50. Nothing was taken.
An apartment was reported broken into at 5:10 p.m. Sunday at 133 W. William St. A guitar and amp were missing.
3 arrested for domestic assault
Police arrested Kasandra Elaine Gonzales, 33, on a gross misdemeanor domestic assault at 4:45 a.m. Saturday at 308 W. College St.
Police arrested Hayden Isaiah Stevens, 27, for domestic assault at 3:04 p.m. Saturday at 133 W. William St.
Police arrested Kenneth Deyemi Dean Jr., 34, after police received a report of a man who had attempted to choke another person at 3:16 a.m. Sunday at 1714 S.E. Marshall St.
