Willard Watney

Willard “Bill” Vincent Watney, 96, of Northwood passed away peacefully Thursday, April 25, 2019, surrounded by his family at Lutheran Retirement Home in Northwood.

A celebration of Bill’s life will be at 2 p.m. Friday at First Lutheran Church, 309 9th St. N in Northwood. The Rev. Judy Converse will officiate. Burial will be in Deer Creek Lutheran Cemetery in rural Deer Creek, Iowa. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the church.

Memorials in Bill’s name may be directed to the general fund at First Lutheran Church, 309 9th St. N. in Northwood or to the donor’s choice.
