Person assaulted in parking lot

An assault was reported at 3:55 p.m. Wednesday in the Wells Fargo parking lot at 122 E. Main St.

 

Break-ins, thefts reported

A tire was reported stolen at 8:23 p.m. Wednesday at 89070 220th St., Oakland.

A shoplifter was reported at 11:58 a.m. Wednesday at 201 W. Main St. It is unclear what the person took.

A house was reported broken into at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday at 709 Harding Ave. Several items were taken.

Cash was reported stolen at 7:51 p.m. Wednesday from 115 E. Clark St.

 

Man arrested on probation violation

Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Derek Allan Rothmeier on a probation violation at 8:02 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.

 

Gas drive-off reported

A gas drive-off was reported at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday at 105 North Star Road in Alden. A white van reportedly left without paying for $80.15 in gas.
