Senior Resources’ Family Caregivers Network will offer a caregiver support group meeting at 2 p.m. Thursday for caregivers. If you’re caring for an adult — perhaps someone physically frail or living with Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s disease —whether parent, spouse or neighbor, at home or in alternate housing, this group will give you the opportunity to find support and encouragement, according to a press release.

The group is open to any area caregiver and meets in the boardroom at St. John’s Lutheran Community on Fountain Lake.

Caregiver support group meetings take place on the second Thursday of each month at St. John’s on Fountain Lake.

Senior Resources will also host caregiver support groups at Thorne Crest Senior Living Community at 1:30 p.m. and 3 p.m. May 16. Caregiver support group meetings take place on the third Thursday of each month at Thorne Crest.
