Jeffrey James Slominski tragically died Sunday, May 19, 2019, at 25 years of age.

He was born Aug. 22, 1993, in Sioux City, Iowa, to Jerry and Siglinda (Bay) Slominski. In November 1993, Siglinda and Jeffrey moved to Stoddard, Wisconsin. They moved to Albert Lea in October 2000, where his mom married Marcus Kleih, who was an awesome father to Jeffrey.

Jeffrey had such a kind, caring heart and was so very friendly. He cared greatly for his family and friends. He was a very loving soul.

Those survived by Jeffrey are mom and dad Siglinda and Marcus Kleih and Jerry and Mary Slominski; and grandparents Gundi Bay and Gerhard and Irmi Kleih. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts and cousins. He will always be held in his family’s hearts with love, and will be truly and deeply missed.

He was preceded in death by opi, Orville James Bay; great-grandma, Sylvia Bay; great-grandpa and grandma Ludwig and Marie Koellhofer; grandma, Pearl Slominski; and many uncles and aunts.

A private burial service will take place at a later date in LaCrosse, Wisconsin, at Woodlawn Cemetery.

“Jeffrey, we will see you in heaven with God our father, Jesus Christ our lord and savior. You will have no more pain. Rest in peace our dear son,” his parents said.
