Albert Lea Anglers receive donation

Tami Staker, owner of Whimzy Toys & Party, made a donation to the Albert Lea Anglers after having a cupcake make and take event. The event was during the Governor’s Fishing Opener and the cupcakes were decorated with gummy fish, pretzel rods and blue water frosting.
