4 arrested for drunk driving
Deputies arrested Adam James Petersen for driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 12:12 a.m. Sunday at the intersection of Freeborn County Road 46 and 810th St. in Albert Lea.
Police arrested Dimitri William Hernandez, 18, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a vehicle reportedly crashed at 7:41 p.m. Saturday on South Shore Drive near Rooster Hill.
Police arrested Debra Kimberly Dawn Normand, 23, for controlled substance driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation after a traffic stop at 10:31 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of South Broadway and East Pearl Street.
Police arrested Troy Stursa, 45, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated and violating a restricted license at 8:13 a.m. Saturday on Triangle Drive.
Windows shot out
A front window of a house at 2238 S.E. Marshall St. was reported shot out by a BB gun at 4:58 p.m. Sunday. Damage was estimated at $300.
Windows were reported shot out of a house at 1:23 p.m. Friday at 604 Pillsbury Ave.
A window was reported shot at 4:41 p.m. Saturday at 822 S. Broadway. The incident reportedly took place sometime in the last week. Damage was estimated at $1,000.
Houses broken into
A house was reported broken into at 6:27 p.m. Friday at 198 Second St. NE in Clarks Grove. There was a suspect in the case.
A house was reported broken into at 2:08 p.m. Friday at 104 W. 11th St. in Albert Lea.
Thefts reported
Items were reported stolen from a camper at 6:56 p.m. Friday at 102 North Shore Ave.
Police cited Samantha Marie Haukoos, 28, for theft at 9:40 p.m. Friday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
A moped was reported stolen at 10:03 p.m. Friday in the parking lot behind 115 S. Broadway. It was later recovered.
Scaffolding was reported stolen at 4:45 p.m. Saturday from 900 Frank Ave.
A gas tank was reported stolen from a pontoon docked at Fountain Lake at 6:11 p.m. Saturday at 941 North Shore Ave.
Two Redline BMX bikes were reported stolen out of a garage at 1:20 p.m. Sunday at 302 E. Sixth St. The theft occurred overnight.
A trash can was reported stolen in the alley behind 808 Bridge Ave. at 7:08 p.m. Sunday.
Three vehicles were reported rummaged through at 8:04 a.m. Saturday at 706 19th St. in Albert Lea. Approximately $20 to $30 was taken.
Forged checks were reported at 11:27 a.m. Friday at 122 E. Main St.
4 arrested on warrants
Jennifer Jonelle Wasson, 37, was arrested on a local warrant at 10:07 p.m. Friday at 1224 St. John Ave.
Police arrested Kasandra Elaine Gonzales, 33, on a probation violation at 12:31 a.m. Saturday at 308 W. College St.
Police arrested Jesse Delossantos, 47, on a Worth County warrant at 10:22 p.m. Saturday at 1005 James Ave.
Police arrested Jeffrey Michael Hoiseth, 54, on a warrant at 3:57 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of West Clark Street and South St. Mary Avenue.
Damage reported
Criminal damage to property was reported to a sign at 1:24 p.m. Saturday at China Restaurant, 805 E. Main St.
A vehicle was reported keyed at 11:17 p.m. Sunday at 75507 240th St.
Fireworks reported in mailbox
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies received a report of someone who had put fireworks in a mailbox and lit them off at 3:23 p.m. Friday at 74360 110th St. in Glenville.
