A trailer was reported stolen at 9:41 a.m. Monday at 833 S. Broadway.

Scrap metal was reported stolen at 9:48 a.m. Monday at 212 W. Front St.

Items were reported stolen out of a vehicle at 10:19 a.m. Monday at 900 Hammer Road. The theft reportedly happened on Sunday.

 

Man arrested for drunken driving

Police arrested James Roosevelt Rutherford, 59, for third-degree driving while intoxicated and second-degree test refusal in a traffic stop at 11:06 p.m. Monday near the intersection of East Eighth Street and St. John Avenue.

 

4 cited for underage drinking

Deputies cited Elly Helen Struck, 19, for underage drinking at 11:40 p.m. Saturday at 101 W. Main St. in Geneva.

Deputies cited Evan John Bergemann, 19, for underage drinking at 12:14 a.m. Sunday at 101 First St. SE in Geneva after receiving a report that someone was going through a vehicle at the address.

Deputies cited Kolbie Isaiah Eriksmoen, 18, for underage drinking at 101 W. Main St. in Geneva.

Deputies cited Nathan Lee Wilder, 20, for underage drinking at 12:48 a.m. Sunday at 101 W. Main St. in Geneva.

 

Man arrested for domestic assault

Deputies arrested Mark John Schuster, 56, for domestic assault at 2:49 a.m. Sunday at 1101 E. Richway Drive in Albert Lea.

 

Door kicked in to park building

A door was reported kicked in at 9:19 a.m. Monday at one of the park buildings at 910 Frank Hall Drive.

 

Man arrested for violation

Police arrested Jason Alan Roe for a harassment restraining order violation at 11:54 p.m. Monday at 514 W. Main St.
