Duplicate Bridge

Duplicate Bridge was played at seven tables July 16 at the Senior Center in Austin. Winners were Barb Engebretson and Orrin Roisen, first place; Loren Cleland and Dave Ring, second place; Barb Rofshus and Lorraine Quinlivan, third place; Gail and Ray Schmidt, fourth place; Vandy Newman and Jim Fisher, fifth place; and Joyce Crowe and Millie Siever, sixth place.

Duplicate Bridge was played by 11 teams July 17 at the Senior Center in Austin. Winners were Vandy Newman and Ron Peters, first place; Dave Ring and Orrin Roisen, second place; Barb Engebretson and Eunice Michaelis, third place; Tom Flaherty and Stan Schultz, fourth place; and Gail and Ray Schmidt and Bonnie Fritz and Loren Cleland, fifth place.

Duplicate Bridge is played at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays and at noon Wednesdays. Players come from Adams, Austin, Albert Lea, Rose Creek, Northwood and Mason City. All bridge players are welcome to come and play. Those who need a partner can call 507-437-2750.
