Thefts reported

A generator was reported stolen from the back of a truck at 5:42 a.m. Wednesday at 2214 E. Main St.

A black Trek and blue Raleigh M50 bike were reportedly stolen out of a garage at 6:25 a.m. Thursday at 324 High St.

Some prescription pills were reported stolen at 11:47 a.m. Wednesday at 368 Hillcrest Circle. The theft had reportedly taken place in May.

 

Man arrested after crashing vehicle

Police arrested Cahler Allan Matthies, 32, after receiving a report of a red Jeep that had hit a telephone pole at 6:20 a.m. Wednesday on Garden Road near Willamor Road.

 

Truck damaged by BB gun

Police received a report at 11:55 a.m. Wednesday of a truck that had been shot by a BB gun at 203 S. Fifth Ave. Damage was estimated at $200.

 

1 arrested on warrants

Nicole Marie Segura, 47, turned herself in on warrants at 10:17 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.
