Windows broken out

A window of a vehicle was reported broken out at 6:28 a.m. Thursday at 2410 Y.H. Hanson Ave.

Authorities respond to explosion

Albert Lea police and firefighters responded to a report of a large explosion and subsequent fire in a parked early to mid-1990s
Mazda car parked near the intersection of Consul Street and Rezin Avenue. Glass was reportedly blown 30 to 40 feet from the vehicle onto the road sometime early Friday morning.

It is unclear what led to the incident.

 

Man arrested for domestic assault

Police arrested Jesse Adam Antiel, 18, for domestic assault, criminal damage to property and interference with a 911 call at 10:26 p.m. Thursday at 1602 Fountain St.

 

Counterfeit bill turned in

A counterfeit $20 bill was reported at 8:16 p.m. Thursday at 906 W. Front St. 

 

Thefts reported

A large screen TV was reported stolen at 4:52 p.m. Wednesday at 117 E. Main St. in Clarks Grove.

A theft was reported at 12:47 p.m. Wednesday at 201 W. Main St.
