Julie Henry, 1965-2019

Julie Ann Henry, 54, of North Mankato passed away Sunday, Sept. 1, 2019, at Mayo Clinic Health System in Mankato surrounded by family and close friends.
Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Northview-North Mankato Mortuary. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Peace Lutheran Church in North Mankato with visitation one hour prior. Julie was born Feb. 1, 1965, in Mankato to Don and Olivia (Lund) Duncanson. She graduated from Mankato West High School in 1984 and earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and law enforcement with an emphasis in paralegal from Mankato State University.
After college, Julie worked at Carlson Craft in customer service and as a customer service training coordinator. At Taylor Corporation, she worked as an ecommerce project and marketing coordinator and executive assistant. At Precision Press, Julie worked as a project manager, executive assistant and in human resources.
In her spare time, Julie enjoyed crafting, spending time with her kids and family, gardening, baking, traveling, and spending time in their pool. She also enjoyed volunteering for various special education events and could talk on the phone with her family and friends for hours.
She touched the lives of many and will be missed.
Julie is survived by her husband, Terry Field; children Steven and Sarah Henry and their father, Greg Henry; parents Don and Olivia Duncanson; brothers Neal (Nancy) Duncanson and Bryan Duncanson; sister, Lynn (Dave) Keller; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her nephew, Alex Keller.
