The Albert Lea girls’ soccer team continued its upward trend Saturday when they traveled to Mankato to take on Loyola.

The Tigers had no trouble with the Crusaders, earning a 10-1 victory and stepping one game closer to climbing back to a .500 record.

It was out of hand early in the matchup as the Tigers took a 6-0 lead before the halftime whistle. The Tigers added another four goals in the second for good measure, while only giving up one.
