Duplicate Bridge Club

Duplicate Bridge was played by 11 teams Oct. 29. Winners were Edna Knobbe and Kathy Leisen, first place; Lorraine Quinlivan and Barb Rofshus, second place; John Leisen and Rick Stroup, third place; Loren Cleland and Dave Ring, fourth place; and Jaynard Johnson and John Karnes, fifth place.

Winners were Bonnie Fritz and Loren Cleland, first place; John Leisen and Rick Stroup, second place; Tom Flaherty and Stan Schultz, third place; Eunice Michaelis and Barb Engebretson, fourth place; Gail and Ray Schmidt, fifth place; and Vandy Newman and Ron Peters, sixth place.

Duplicate Bridge is played at 12:30 p.m. Tuesdays and at noon Wednesdays. Players come from Adams, Austin, Albert Lea, Rose Creek, Northwood and Mason City. All bridge players are welcome to come play. Those who need a partner can call 507-437-2750.
