Break-ins, thefts reported
Numerous tools and a toolbox were reported stolen from an enclosed trailer at 11:27 a.m. Monday at 517 Adams Ave.
A shed was reported broken into at 8:15 a.m. Tuesday at 14002 750th Ave., Glenville.
Window reportedly shot out
Police received a report at 11:37 a.m. Monday of a window that was reported shot out of a business at 833 S. Broadway. The incident reportedly took place on Christmas Eve.
1 arrested for DWI
Deputies arrested Nicole Lynn Bliss, 26, for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop at 2:05 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and West William Street.
Hit-and-run crashes reported
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 2:58 p.m. Tuesday at 218 W. College St.
Police received a report of a hit-and-run crash at 8:32 a.m. Wednesday at 302 E. Sixth St. The vehicle was also reportedly rummaged through. Nothing was missing.
2 arrested on warrants
Police arrested Paul Mark Elliot, 35, on a Department of Corrections and Ramsey County warrant, gross misdemeanor false information, misdemeanor false information and misdemeanor obstructing the legal process after receiving a report of an assault at 8:25 p.m. Wednesday at 920 W. Front St.
Police arrested Austin Michael Navarro, 21, on a Ramsey County warrant at 11:42 p.m. Wednesday in Albert Lea.
1 cited for assault
Police cited Alexander James Alcala, 22, for fifth-degree assault after receiving a report of 10 to 20 people fighting at 10:36 p.m. Tuesday at 205 W. William St.
Man arrested for domestic assault
Police arrested Jerrid James Dombrowski, 25, for gross misdemeanor domestic assault at 9:42 p.m. Tuesday at 515 Columbus Ave.
Juveniles cited for theft, underage drinking
Police cited three juveniles for underage drinking and misdemeanor theft after a reported theft at 7 p.m. Tuesday at 2314 Hendrickson Road. One of the juveniles was also cited for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
