It is with great sadness that her children share the passing of their mom, Colleen J. Hansen, 92, of Maple Plain on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2020, at her home. 

She was born March 12, 1927, in Bricelyn to Alfred and Agnes (Lura) Halvorson.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dale; sister, Joan Peterson; and brother, Gene Halvorson.

She is survived by her children Gene (Joanne), Steve (Chris), Jeff (Julie), Robb and Carrie, and Cathy (John) Zeglin; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; five step-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

A special thank you to caretaker, best friend and honorary daughter, Carrie Melius.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
