On the morning of Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020, Susan Mae Keithley passed to a better life at the age of 57 after a difficult battle with cancer.

She was born to Alfred and Gloria Keithley on Jan. 26, 1962, in Long Beach, California. She graduated from Woodrow Wilson High School.

Suzy was in the restaurant business most of her life. She was a brilliant guitar player with an amazing voice. She was an avid concert fan with her best friend, Alison Gill. Suzy was the life of the party and will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her father, Alfred M. Keithly.

She is survived by James Reposa and her only daughter, Jessie Mae Torres; her mother, Gloria Mae Keithley; sisters Cyndy Keithley and Janet Keithley; brother, James Keithley; nephew, Dakota Keithley; niece, Hanna Keithley; and aunts, uncles and many cousins.

A celebration of Suzy’s life will be held in California. Graveside services will be in March in Albert Lea.
