The Freeborn County Corn and Soybean Growers and their checkoffs will cancel their annual meeting planned for Thursday at Wedgewood Cove Golf Club to help protect others from the spread of COVID-19, according to a press release.

“As much as we wanted to have our annual meeting, we have to think of others first,” said Freeborn County Corn and Soybean Board Chairman Cole Pestorious. “Protecting our community is more important.”
