- Randy Nicol of Golden K Kiwanis presents a check to Linda Lares of Semcac. Semcac Is a nonprofit organization serving seven southeastern Minnesota counties. Their mission is to empower and advocate for people to enhance their self-sufficiency by maximizing community resources, according to a press release. - Provided
