Man arrested for burglary, assault
Police arrested Marco Antonio Posada, 43, for alleged burglary, assault and harassment restraining order violation on Sunday after receiving a report at 12:51 a.m. Saturday of a man who had come into an apartment and assaulted a person at 909 Janson St.
Pellet holes reported in garage
Multiple pellet holes were reported in a garage door at 8:08 p.m. Saturday at 1802 Viking Ave. The incident was believed to have happened the night before.
2 arrested for drug possession
Police arrested Shanden Daniel Ristau, 29, and Tamika Ann Buchholz, 29, for fifth-degree drug possession and possession of hypodermic needles after receiving a report of a suspicious person at 3:31 a.m. Monday at Walmart, 1550 Blake Ave.
1 arrested for domestic assault
Police arrested Sei Ko, 36, for domestic assault at 9:44 p.m. Saturday at 501 Wedgewood Road.
3 arrested on warrants
Freeborn County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Hayden Isaiah Stevens, 28, on a gross misdemeanor warrant and cited him for driving after revocation after a traffic stop at 11:51 p.m. Friday at the intersection of U.S. Highway 69 and Freeborn County Road 13.
Police arrested Timothy John Steven, 36, on two felony warrants after a traffic stop at 10 p.m. Friday at 510 St. Peter Ave.
Police held Jamie Martin Martinez Jr., 26, on a warrant at 7:43 p.m. Saturday at 201 N. First Ave.
Break-ins reported
An attempted break-in on a storage unit was reported at 4:42 p.m. Saturday at 141 First Ave. NW in Glenville.
A break-in was reported at 1:50 p.m. Sunday at 1202 James Ave.
A burglary was reported at 12:54 p.m. Monday at 83235 140th St., Glenville. Items were reported stolen.
3 cited for underage drinking
Police cited Jasmine Christine Longie, 19, Carlos Manuel Vega, 18, and Caleb Garrett Gaard, 18, for underage drinking at 3:50 a.m. Friday near the intersection of Ridge Road and The Fairway.
Vehicle tampered with
A vehicle was reported tampered with at 5:27 a.m. Friday at 600 E. Sixth St. The incident reportedly happened sometime during the night.
Thefts reported
Police received a report of theft by fraud at 10:01 a.m. Friday on Garfield Avenue. A person reportedly received emails she believed were from her pastor and bought gift cards with the church credit card totaling $1,300.
Police received a report at 2:27 p.m. Friday of $70 that had been stolen at 1615 Bridge Ave.
1 arrested after crash
Police arrested Cody Scott Hanna, 37, after a reported crash at 8:06 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of East Second Street and Frank Avenue.
Hit-and-run reported
A hit-and-run crash was reported at 12:30 a.m. Monday at 906 W. Front St.
Counterfeit bills reported
A counterfeit $20 bill was reported at 8:47 p.m. Monday at 800 S. Fourth Ave.
A counterfeit $20 bill was reported at 11:51 p.m. Monday at 2751 E. Main St.
