Vandalism reported at City Beach

- Police received a report of damage at City Beach Tuesday morning, including graffiti on the walls in the bathroom, damage to picnic tables and damage to a tree. Police stated because of the damage, the tree, which is estimated at about $1,000, would have to be taken down. Damage to the picnic tables was estimated at $800. The damage is believed to have occurred in the evening to overnight hours on Monday. In light of the vandalism, police Lt.
