Local ophthalmologist publishes handbooks

: Ophthalmologist Leonid Skorin Jr. has published two medical handbooks in the last year. “Ocular Therapeutics Handbook,” which was the first to be released, has been recognized as a Doody’s Core Title Medical Textbook for 2021. Two hundred medical librarians and content experts choose the most clinically relevant medical books for each year. The “Ophthalmic Laser Handbook” is scheduled to be published this September.
