- Lakeview Kindergartners, along with their caregivers, designed and built their own gingerbread houses. Before starting the construction, they learned about building permits and government, the history of gingerbread, the Gingerbread Capital of the World and real gingerbread houses located in Haiti that withstood an earthquake.
