Star Class: Making good choices

- Students at Halverson Elementary have the opportunity to earn Tiger Paws for outstanding behaviors. Students are focusing on respect, ownership, acceptance and readiness. When students make positive choices above and beyond what is expected, a paper Paws is earned. Students have the opportunity to earn an individual prize or earn a classwide activity. A student in Karie Zierden’s class decided to try and earn a class reward rather than an individual reward. The student earned a Hat Day for their class. The students were very happy and thankful for this student. Focusing on cooperation, empathy and helping others is important at Halverson. Provided
