Police received a report at 11:37 a.m. Tuesday of a gas cap that was torn off and something dumped into a gas tank at 2306 E. Main St. 

 

Car reported keyed

A car was reported keyed at 8:17 a.m. Tuesday at the Blazing Star Trail, on the 100 block of Garfield Avenue. The caller stated the damage happened the day before. 

 

1 arrested on A&D hold

Police arrested Adam Ly Haas, 31, on an arrest and detain hold at 10:29 a.m. Tuesday at 709 Algon St. 

 

Fraud reported

Police received a report of fraud at 11:18 a.m. Tuesday at 1452 W. Main St. 

 

Electric bike stolen

An electric bike was reported stolen at 1:09 p.m. Tuesday at 212 S. Washington Ave. 

 

1 arrested for OFP violation

Police arrested Oscar Antonio Ramirez, 24, on an order for protection violation at 1:56 p.m. Tuesday at 803 S. Fourth Ave. 

 

Phone reported stolen

Police received a report at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday of a stolen phone at 807 E. Ninth St. The theft reportedly occurred a few days prior. 

 

Stroller reported stolen

A baby stroller was reported taken out of a yard at 6:46 p.m. Tuesday at 402 St. Peter Ave. The theft was believed to have occurred sometime overnight through the morning.
